Our policy is to maintain control over as much of the logistical process as possible, which includes the customs formalities. We have all of the necessary customs permits, as well as an online connection to the central customs system, so our declarants can clear your goods through customs at any time. We understand that you want to be able to access your goods immediately after they are imported, so we always ensure fast and constructive processing of the customs formalities.
The overview below describes the services we can offer in the field of customs formalities:
Drafting supplementary trade documents
Finding goods codes for your products
Direct representation for import and export
When we represent an importer or exporter as a customs expeditor/agent, we perform the customs declarations on behalf of the client. The client is the formal declarant, but we act as an administrative service provider, and as such cannot be held fiscally liable after submitting the declaration. We draw up the customs declaration on your behalf.
Our policy is that all clients must issue an authorisation for direct representation for imports and exports. The authorisation need only be issued once, after which it is valid for all import and export declarations.
You can authorise us as your Direct Representative by printing the authorisation form and having it signed by an authorised person, then send it to our post address along with a recent extract from the Chamber of Commerce.
